Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Crown Point, Indiana

Key Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Proven experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, preferably within school environments
Previous experience providing teletherapy services highly valued
Strong communication and organization skills to support collaboration with students, families, and educational staff
Comfortable working independently and navigating digital therapy platforms

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language assessments and therapeutic interventions to students in a virtual school-based setting
Coordinate with teachers and parents to tailor individualized education plans (IEPs) that address each student's unique needs
Document progress, maintain records, and comply with all federal, state, and local guidelines
Use engaging and evidence-based strategies to support speech and language development in children of varying abilities
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student success
