This role intentionally structured to begin with hands-on experience in the warehouse and inventory operations, providing a strong foundation and comprehensive understanding of our business. As you gain product knowledge and operational insight, you will progress into a front-line Parts Counter Sales role, where you will directly support and engage with customers. If you bring strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, initiative, and an interest in sales, this role offers a clear path to grow within the parts operations field and build a long-term sales career. At our core, we don't just sell parts – we solve downtime. The sales are just the by-product of doing that well.
