Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential, ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 based on productivity. W2 employed position. Sign‑on bonus. Qualifications Fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
