Duties Set up and operate flexographic presses (narrow or wide web) and slitting operations Mount plates and sleeves, set registration and impression Mix and manage inks to meet color standards Adjust press settings for different substrates (paper, film, etc.) Monitor production for quality, waste, and efficiency Troubleshoot common issues (registration, ink flow, defects) Perform basic routine preventative maintenance as prescribed by supervisor Undergo necessary company food safety training and follow procedures regarding hair nets, hygiene, and other controls put in place by the company Complete production reports and documentation Experience 2-5+ years flexographic printing experience Ability to run presses with minimal supervision Strong understanding of color control, registration, substrates Consideration will be given to candidates with robust mechanical background and work ethic, with minimal or no printing experience. 4-Day Work Week Work 4 days, get 3 days off—every week.
