Responsibilities

Lead our sales efforts by developing creative strategies to attract new clients throughout the Norwalk area.

Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring their coverage remains perfectly aligned with their evolving needs.

Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to junior agents to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Analyze market trends and loss data to refine our product offerings and competitive positioning.

Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and reliability.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our policyholders.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Connecticut.

Minimum of five years of direct insurance sales or agency management experience.

Proven track record of managing a book of business and achieving growth targets.

Advanced knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage options.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor junior agents.

Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
