As a Security Officer Front Desk Access Registrar in Orlando, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Professional at a dynamic media and technology location. You will welcome employees and visitors, monitor access, support badge procedures, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver courteous communication and customer service. Working with an agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will help create a professional environment while putting people first and acting with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests while following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor access control systems, entrances, and lobby activity, and report unusual or unauthorized activity in accordance with established protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting designated personnel and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and daily activity records while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
