Description Dimensional Behavior Interventions is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized ABA therapy plans that promote skill development and independence for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as outlined in individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Accurately collect and record data during sessions Support clients in reaching developmental and behavioral goals Communicate effectively with caregivers and team members Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines Qualifications Active RBT certification (required) Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (required) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both independently and within a team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations (home, school, community) Why Join Dimensional Behavior Interventions?
