Staffing Coordinator - Multiple shifts

Staffing Coordinator
Long Beach, CA/Onsite
VARIOUS SHIFTS AVAILABLE
10AM - 7PM OR 9AM - 6PM Training provided for the first 4-6 weeks
M-F 10AM to 6PM, then transferred to your regular schedule once done with training.
Staffing Coordinator:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), computer savvy.
- Training provided
- At least 2+ years experience with Administrative work and Call Center.
- Medical Staffing experience a plus. Nurse registry experience highly desirable.
- Knowledge of clinical hospital staffing, hospital organization operations and functions.
- Experience with computers word processing and database applications.
- Excellent communication skills by telephone in person and in writing.
- Ability to multitask, maintain records and information.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.
- Must be flexible in availability and able to work weekends as needed.
- Maintain confidential patient information/HIPPA compliance.
