Test Manager

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the full-time FLEX Manager, User Experience Testing will author and execute test cases for Marriott's Reservations Platform, ensuring product delivery aligns with business needs and project timelines. Key responsibilities Develop and execute test cases for functional and integrated testing of the Central Reservation System (CRS) and Revenue Management System (RMS) Report defects and collaborate with the User Experience Testing team to ensure thorough testing coverage and resolution of issues Analyze defect trends to identify root causes and contribute to the development of testing quality metrics for continuous improvement Required qualifications 4-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience 3+ years of experience in Product Development focused on User Experience Testing Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively Experience with testing tools such as Jira Cloud, Zephyr, and Microsoft Suite Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
