Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing An aerospace company in Valencia is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to review, redline, and manage government contracts. This role has a clear pathway to a future Director-level position, so we are looking for someone with strong stability, professionalism, and leadership potential. Responsibilities Review, redline, and negotiate government and commercial contracts Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and other regulatory requirements Manage contract lifecycle from proposal through close-out Partner with cross-functional teams and serve as the main customer/government liaison Support audits, documentation, and internal compliance Provide leadership as the department grows Requirements 3+ years of experience with government contracts Aerospace/defense industry experience preferred Strong redlining, negotiation, and communication skills Proficient with MS Office Professional, stable work history; leadership experience is a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
