As a Night Shift Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll lead our committed team in our spacious 1.3 million-square-foot Plainfield warehouse, which is stocked with over 43,000 shipping, industrial, and packaging products. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, transfers, restocking, and managing aisle inventory. Develop and lead a dedicated team of warehouse employees to provide top-notch customer service. Ensure high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all warehouse processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years in management within a high-volume, 100,000+ square-foot distribution center, including hiring and team development. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems is a plus. Willingness to travel to Uline's facilities in North America.
