Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Admin for a contract/temporary opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This role supports executive and management staff within a healthcare services environment and is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with healthcare leadership, support important medical staff and managed care functions, and contribute to a professional, mission-focused team. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and secretarial support to executive leadership, medical staff, managed care, credentialing, nursing, community relations, and other management teams. Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take and transcribe minutes, and create reports, memos, forms, grant documents, and contracts. Answer and route calls, take messages, make outgoing business calls, assist with PBX/reception coverage, and maintain professional communication with internal and external contacts. Support confidential administrative activities related to credentialing, credentialing audits, Human Resources, committee meetings, and agency compliance programs. Maintain organized files, provider calendars, centralized filing systems, office equipment, documents, and administrative records with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with special projects such as fund development, strategic planning, grant preparation, emergency preparedness, risk management, and administrative errands.
