Now Hiring: Real Estate Analyst - Multifamily Location: Downtown Dallas | Hybrid (WFH Fridays) | $105K-$125K + 15% bonus + LTI potential A well-capitalized multifamily investment and asset management firm, backed by one of the largest global private equity platforms, is looking for a sharp, ambitious Analyst to join its growing team. You will work alongside the VP and Director to underwrite new acquisitions and drive performance across a national multifamily portfolio. What you’ll do Build and maintain financial, cash flow, and return models. Interpret property-level financials, including T12 statements, to spot trends and anomalies. Underwrite multifamily deals and build competitive market/rent analyses. Produce weekly and monthly asset management reporting. Create PowerPoint decks and investment memos for acquisition opportunities. Leverage AI tools (especially Claude) to automate reporting and work smarter. What we’re looking for 3-4 years in CRE investment, asset management, or financial analysis (2+ years multifamily required). Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Bachelor’s from a strong 4-year university. Hungry, proactive, and comfortable holding your own alongside top‑tier PE counterparts. A curious problem solver excited to use technology and AI to perform at the highest level.
