Responsibilities:

• Maintain Dealership Property
• Picks up trash/debris from common areas as well as parking lots daily.
• Empty common area trash containers as needed
• Safely operates vehicles & other equipment for the purpose of performing job duties
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to endure fluctuations in temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work
• Ability to respond to business needs after normal business hours.
• Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
• Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record
• COVID-19 Vaccination Card
