In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.Position Details:Location: 156 Route 59 Ste B1 & B2. Suffern, NY 10901-5005 Schedule: Part-time, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Full-time schedule available if the candidate is able to commute to the clinics in Paramus and Yonkers (optional) This position requires to be National Registered / Certified Medical Assistant. Spanish and English speaking required. Compensation: $20-$24/hr.Key Responsibilities:Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR).Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
