Job Description

Retail Sales Associate (Base plus Commission)

Electronic Express is hiring motivated Sales Associates to deliver a first-class customer experience in electronics and appliances. If you enjoy sales, customer interaction, and earning commission, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company.

Responsibilities

Engage customers and recommend solutions using basic selling skills
Communicate the value of purchasing from Electronic Express
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
Uphold merchandising and inventory standards
Handle cashiering, returns, and customer financing
Consistently meeting sales goal requirements

Qualifications

Sales experience a plus, but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Full-time and part time availability
