This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel "blah." Feeling blah doesn't help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time! So we created a new model: one that puts flexibility, innovative decision-making, creativity, and our people first, while remaining a socially conscious and responsible for-profit business focused on changing how we treat mental health. - Develop and manage treatment plans and documentation
- Maintain 25+ (full-time) sessions a week
- Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven team
- Support clients using creative and culturally informed approaches
- Complete some case management & administrative tasks
- Master's in a behavioral health field
- Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience working with children, teens, and families
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Comfort with diverse populations and EHR systems
- Ability to pass a background check
- Supervisor-eligible
- Bilingual or certified in youth-focused modalities
- Familiarity with local community resources
