Tech Support Specialist - Customer Solutions & Setup
Best Buy
Best Buy in Jacksonville, FL is hiring for a Customer Service Associate to provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout, and to help customers with technology questions and setting up new devices. You will monitor queues, communicate with teammates, and complete certified training to stay current.
The role requires at least 3 months in retail or customer service and the ability to work nights, holidays and weekends in a fast-paced store environment.
