Job description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Our goal is to find someone entry level and train them, grow them and help them succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and questions
- Provide information about the process and what to expect
- Guide clients through what to do next, rental assistance if applicable
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Update insurance companies and document all communication on files
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
- Be able to adapt to situations that aren't common
- Checking and photograph vehicles
- Assist tow truck drivers with proprty document for pick up
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or collision industry
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to express empahthy to clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
