Unique Litigation Associate opportunity with a well-rounded, down-to-earth law firm and great Managing Partner mentorship. Our client is looking to add an Associate to touch on a wide-variety of matters to include, but not limited to: insurance defense, general liability, complex commercial, product liability, business litigation, etc. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn additional areas of law! This is a defense firm with work/life balance and heavy bonus' throughout the year. Well known and reputable. Additional: Must be barred in NY Excellent legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills are also required Previous experience preparing and responding to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other trial-related court filings If you meet the qualifications outlined above and are passionate about elevating your litigation career, please send your resume.
