• Straightforward Pay $45 per completed evaluation / $30 per completed follow up visit

Schedule Options:

• Part Time (Less than 30 hours)
• Full Time (30+ hours)
• Weekdays, weekends, and evenings available

Qualifications:

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
