Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report patient condition to licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including restocking supplies and maintaining patient rooms

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Participate in education and training programs to maintain certification and expand clinical skills
