Marketing Associate

Rimol Greenhouse Systems is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team . This role will help strengthen our brand, grow our digital presence and bring in new leads for sales team through social media, website content, email marketing, trade shows and other marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who understands how to create engaging content, is comfortable managing multiple projects, and has an interest in learning about the greenhouse industry. This will be a full-time, in-person role, based out of our office in Hooksett, NH. Rimol Greenhouse Systems is a family-owned manufacturer of commercial greenhouses, in business for over 30 years. With a reputation for producing top-quality greenhouse structures and products, we are at the forefront of the agricultural and horticultural markets. Key Responsibilities Manage the company’s social media accounts (primarily Instagram) by creating and posting content, engaging with followers, and reporting on trends. Write and publish informational blog posts, customer spotlight articles, and other website content to educate and engage customers and prospects. Update and maintain website content, including product information and pricing, images, information hubs and landing pages. Manage logistics for company’s participation at 30+ trade shows annually, including coordinating registration, furnishings and delivery of marketing materials. Assist with developing email marketing campaigns. Assist with developing print and digital advertising campaigns. Coordinate photography, video, and other marketing content as needed. Track social media, website, email, advertising and other marketing performance metrics and use insights to improve content and engagement. Stay current on social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and relevant industry developments. Work closely with sales and other departments to develop marketing materials and content that support company goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, communications, social media or a related field. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization. Experience with website content management systems such as BigCommerce, WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms. Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact or similar platforms. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles. Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Photography and/or video creation experience is a plus.
