Your day-to-day will typically involve working between the hours of Monday to Friday, amassing a total of 40 hours per week in a fast-paced, supportive, and enriching environment. Our practice offers a culture that not only promotes clinical excellence but also encourages personal and professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations.Develop, implement, and modify tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and medical goals.Administer therapeutic interventions that may include exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modalities, ensuring consistency with physician directives.Engage in ongoing patient education to empower clients and their families with knowledge about recovery processes and self-management techniques.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and share insights for integrated care.Document patient progress meticulously, meeting all clinical and insurance documentation requirements effectively.Maintain adherence to quality standards and practice protocols as dictated by our practice's guidelines.Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinicians treat a diverse array of patient populations, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. This variety not only enhances your experience as a physical therapist but also enables you to apply a broad range of techniques and approaches in treatment. Through meaningful interactions, you will help patients of all ages recover, regain functionality, and improve their overall quality of life.QualificationsGraduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid state license to practice physical therapy.Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and team members.Proficient in using computer systems for documentation and patient management.A genuine desire to foster strong relationships and exceed patient expectations.Preferred ExperienceExperience in outpatient settings with a focus on executing diverse treatment protocols.Demonstrated ability to develop effective plans of care addressing complex rehabilitation needs.Prior experience collaborating within a healthcare team framework to achieve common goals.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that promotes work-life balance and employee well-being.
