MarTech Data Architect

Salary: $112,900 - 302,400 per year Requirements:

• We need 8+ years of experience in MarTech, CRM, or digital experience architecture, including at least 5 years leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency setting.
• We expect hands-on expertise with one or more enterprise marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP, Campaign), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua.
• We require experience designing and governing Customer Data Platform solutions, including identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and real-time activation on platforms like Adobe RTCDP or Salesforce Data Cloud.
• We look for a strong foundation in data architecture, including data modeling, integration patterns, API design, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• We need demonstrated ability to turn client business objectives into end-to-end technical solutions across people, process, and technology.
• We require experience leading cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.
• We expect primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved Accenture office.
• Travel is required as needed to support clients.

• We lead AI-first digital transformation engagements for clients, using AI to speed up discovery, map B2B user journeys, and estimate ROI before recommending solutions.
• We oversee cloud migrations and Adobe technology implementations, including AEM, AEM Assets, and AEP, to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• We architect scalable, secure cloud-based solutions for large migrations and integrations.
• We manage complex content and system migrations to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and AWS while minimizing disruption.
• We provide deep Adobe expertise across on-premises and cloud environments to support content management and personalized customer experiences.
• We stay current on emerging AI capabilities and apply them practically across digital marketing, data, and customer engagement use cases.
• We partner with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities, then tailor solutions that create measurable value.
• We manage end-to-end project delivery on time and within budget, using AI to improve documentation, risk detection, and sprint planning.
• We coordinate onshore and offshore teams and lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional contributors.
• We support business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and RFP responses, and contributing to client pitches.
• We build strong relationships with client stakeholders to maintain alignment, collaboration, and delivery success.
• We design and govern data architectures that support AI-driven marketing, including customer data models, identity resolution, and real-time pipelines.
• We work with data engineering and analytics teams to make data usable for intelligent experience delivery.
