What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients through a consultative, needs-based sales approach.
• Educate customers on insurance products and help them select coverage that fits their individual needs.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate new business through referrals and networking.
• Prepare accurate insurance quotes and guide customers through the application process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and teammates to achieve sales and service goals.
• Continue developing your sales and industry knowledge through ongoing coaching and training.
