Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or MSN preferred)
• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Enrollment in a BSN or MSN program within 6 months of hire (completion required within 3 years)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care, step-down, or ICU settings
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required

What You Will Do:

• Float between ICU, step-down, and med-surg units to deliver exceptional patient care
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, respond rapidly to changes, and implement effective interventions
• Provide continuity of care in various clinical settings while maintaining a high standard of practice
• Coordinate with healthcare teams across departments to support comprehensive care delivery
• Maintain clear and timely documentation using electronic health records
