As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our warehouse operations in Linden, NJ to support inventory management, shipping, and distribution.Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join our team in Linden, New Jersey. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including loading and unloading freight, organizing inventory, and safely operating forklifts to move large equipment and materials within the warehouse. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials safelyReceive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition of goodsLoad outbound shipments onto trucks and assist with preparing orders for deliveryOrganize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areasAssist with inventory counts and stock managementMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentFollow all safety procedures and warehouse protocolsAssist with assembling, packaging, or preparing products for shipment when neededCommunicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient warehouse operationsRequirementsValid forklift certification (required)Previous warehouse or forklift operating experience preferredAbility to lift heavy items (50-75 lbs) and perform physical laborStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicBasic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handlingPreferred QualificationsExperience with pallet jacks, warehouse racking systems, or loading docksExperience working with large equipment or machinery shipmentsBasic computer skills for inventory systems or shipping softwareFull-time position. Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed.
