Shift Manager

Company Overview This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters. Shift Manager Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service for customers. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability, and to communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for the next shift. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in the corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
