This role is responsible for providing assistance to Brand Manager(s) with analysis and tactical execution of the assigned brand strategy.Work Environment Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities Accountable for the execution of specific marketing activities (e.g. consumer and trade promotion activities, special packs, sampling, PR programs, displays, direct marketing, etc.)Responsible for product forecasting, supply chain and syndicated data analysis (Nielsen)Work with the managers to support the briefing process to external creative design agencies and execute against milestones during product developmentDevelop in-depth understanding and become expert in the categories you are developing - the business environment in which our brands compete, to include product category segments, channels, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help support business/operational activitiesEducation and Experience BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred1+ years in Marketing or internship with a CPG companyCategory analysis and forecastingFamiliarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniquesCompensation and Benefits The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $71,000-$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date.
