- Job title: RN - ER.
- No weekend and no holiday requirement.
Job Details
- Must have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
- Must complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within a year.
- Must provide documentation of required vaccinations and health screenings including Fit Test, COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B series, Influenza Vaccine (optional), 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, and Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction.
- Must complete various professional and background checks including Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Skills Checklist, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only), IA Sing Report, and OFAC check.
