The Industrial Painter-Aerospace specializes in applying coatings to engine components used in the aerospace industry. This role involves meticulous surface preparation, precise spray painting, and effective masking techniques to ensure high-quality finishes suitable for demanding aerospace standards. The position typically operates on a night shift schedule, catering to production needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces of aerospace engine components for painting
- Apply spray paint coatings accurately and evenly
- Mask components to protect specified areas during painting
- Perform finishing tasks to achieve desired surface quality
- Conduct clean-up of work areas and equipment post-painting
- Match paint colors to required aerospace specifications
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in industrial painting
