The Role

As a PRN/Part-Time Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered concierge care wherever it is needed, building genuine relationships with patients and making a tangible difference in their health journeys. No insurance gatekeeping. No two days the same. Just real medicine.

Schedule and Commitment

• Shifts available across weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Shift length: 8 to 12 hours
• Minimum commitment: one shift per week
• Holiday shifts compensated at 1.5x the base hourly rate

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient evaluations, physical exams, and health assessments.
• Developing care plans, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Administering treatments, medications, and performing minor procedures.
• Coordinating patient care, including referrals and test results communication.
• Educating patients and families on health management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of TN.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Advanced clinical skills, strong teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Strong commitment to providing compassionate and personalized care.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
