We offer competitive wages and benefits package, including an incentive program and 401(k) plan with company match beginning on your first day of employment.Pay: $29.86 - $44.82Plus an additional night shift premium of $2.50 per hourSchedule: 12-hour night shift. 3/2 rotating schedule. 7pm - 7am (after training)Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life – after 30 days of employment401K with company matchHourly Bonus ProgramTuition ReimbursementAnnual reviews with a potential for a pay rate increaseUp to $120 for steel toed shoesUp to $135 for uniformsUp to $125 for prescription safety glassesOvertimeMinimum Requirements:High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent requiredDegree or Certification and/or advanced training as Electronics Technician neededKnowledge and/or experience with control system hardware and software designKnowledge of electrical codes (NEC)Some experience as Electronics Technician or similar competenciesUnderstanding of electrical/electronic systems/troubleshootingBasic ability to work and troubleshoot PLC's, ladder logic, and communication systemsUnderstand and manipulate industrial communicationsTroubleshoot Servo MotorsTroubleshoot AC/DC drivesBasic knowledge and understanding in process control systems such as: temperature control, pressure control, flow control and PID control loopsKnowledge and/or experience with troubleshooting basic electrical circuitsAbility to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawingsCompetent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointYou must be able to pass a drug screen and background checkPreferred Requirement: Industrial controls experience is highly preferredAdditional Job Description:Conduct Lock-Out/Tag-Out proceduresInstall, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment, including motor relays, circuit breakers, machine and process controls, circuits, and electrical distribution systemsModify machinery logic systems (PLC's) and PC based systems and requires working knowledge of DC/AC drives in function and as they relate to an overall web-handling process, Allen Bradley, Parker and Seimens PLCsAbility to read and understand schematic diagramsAcquire/requisition spare parts related to power distribution and all electrical and electronic systemsMake electrical modifications and upgrades to current equipment and installation of new equipment with the ability to run conduit and size wiring systemsReview specifications and acquires power distribution materials needed for new equipment installationsWork outside the electronic/electrical area is expected when capable or when assisting another associateEffective communication with corporate engineering, vendors, internal customers and working on teamsProficient in computerized maintenance softwareCommunicate actions taken to repair the machine to Operator and/or LeadDocument parts used and repairs completed in management systemDemonstrate knowledge of plant and process safety rules, safe operating methods, and good housekeeping standardsWilling to function as a fire crew memberWilling to function as a first responder for medical/first aidMaintain fire and security systemsA resume containing your qualifications is required for further consideration.EOE F/M/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disabled/VetPrintpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer.
