Facility Manager (Night Shift)

In this pivotal role, you'll be the guardian of our data center operations, driving reliability and performance while optimizing operational efficiency across complex technical environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure and ensure high‑quality work without impacting customers. Manage teams of 24×7 engineering technicians across all facets of their careers. Lead improvement projects, coordinating with multiple support teams from conception to completion. Coordinate daily with third‑party vendors to ensure adherence to contracted SLAs. Efficiently manage operations budget and expenditures. Serve as after‑hour on‑call Data Center Facility Manager, responding to issues and overseeing investigation, mitigation, and recovery. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of work in a management position with 5 or more direct reports. 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical or mechanical systems. 3+ years of administrative experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Preferred Qualifications In‑depth knowledge of critical data center operations systems such as feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC units. Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 5+ years of experience in a data center or other mission‑critical environment. Strong verbal and written technical communication skills. Physical ability to walk, stoop, bend, and climb to access equipment. Behavioral interviewing and hiring experience. Benefits The base salary range for this position is $117,300–$171,300 annually. Compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
