Quick Facts • Location: Paris, TX • Start Date: 06/25/2026 • Duration: Ongoing/monthly coverage • Shift: 24-hour call (Friday 7 am – Monday 7 am) • Hours/Week: Variable, based on call schedule • Employment Type: Per Diem / Contract • Licenses/Certifications: Active Medical License & Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology • Experience: At least 2 years in OB-GYN practice preferred Pay & Benefits • Pay Package: $1.00/hour (discussed upon application) • Weekly pay via direct deposit • Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) • Robust referral bonus program • Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws • Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) What You’ll Do • Provide OB-GYN care during scheduled call shifts, including patient consultations and emergent responses • Manage patient history, diagnosis, and treatment planning for obstetrics and gynecology cases • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care • Document medical records accurately and efficiently • Participate in emergency procedures and deliveries as needed • Support overall patient safety and comfort during shifts What You Need Required: • Valid medical license in Texas or eligible for licensure • Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology • Minimum of 2 years OB-GYN experience • Strong clinical skills in women’s health and emergency response Preferred: • Experience working in hospital or acute care settings • Ability to work flexible, on-call hours About the Assignment This position involves providing OB-GYN coverage primarily focusing on scheduled monthly call shifts.
