Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough virtual and in-person assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and crafting individualized treatment plans.

  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to tackle a spectrum of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

  • Collaborating with medical and mental health professionals, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

  • Documenting client progress and treatment strategies accurately and promptly in our secure electronic health record system, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Providing advocacy for clients, connecting them to community resources and support networks that facilitate recovery, while using remote platforms effectively for these purposes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with youth and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to behavioral issues related to substance use, anxiety, and trauma. Our detox center clientele often requires specialized support during their recovery journey, and you will have the chance to play a crucial role in helping them navigate their experiences and promote long-term well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
