HP Retail Sales Representative

Overview Position: Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate Location: Best Buy 799, Destin, FL 32541 Job Type: Regular Work Pay: $16.50 per hour Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week, primarily Saturday and Sunday; Friday flexibility available. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to meet their specific needs. Build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships with store management and employees. Engage customers by creating memorable experiences and providing product knowledge. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness. Report sales, track performance, and provide competitive insights to Retail Operations. Ensure the workstation or kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Accurately document and report sales activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of HP products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm and an outgoing personality. Experience in retail, customer service, electronics, or wireless is a plus. Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
