Lube Tech

Job TitleWorks under direct supervision and follows established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. You will need to copy and paste the link in your URL to access the CI Survey: Once we receive your completed CI Survey, your application will then be considered.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for oil/lube/tire changes, 13-point inspections, brake inspections and tire repair and replacements, and miscellaneous vehicle repairsTake ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to commercial vehiclesPerform routine oil & lube services on commercial vehiclesBe responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping dutiesCapable of lifting a minimum of 75 lbs.Performing oil change services, checking and topping off of all fluids, checking tire pressures and air and cabin filters in a timely mannerPerforming tire rotations, mounting and balancingAssist senior mechanics with needed tasks.Power wash exterior body of trucks, under hood, framework, and rear working section.Conducts safety checks on vehicles.Assists with service calls for breakdowns.Performs other maintenance related work as required.Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards.Upkeep of shop and tools, ensuring all tools are clean and in proper storage locations, trash is taken out on a regular basis, floors are swept and kept free of any slip and/or trip hazards.Other duties as assigned by shop lead or higher supervision.Learn from our professional technicians and gain valuable skill set to increase your value within the company.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentShop experience a plusAbility to pass pre-employment screeningsClean driver's license & driving recordPay & BenefitsWeekly pay!Multiple health plans to choose fromDental, vision, and life insurance!Retirement plan with a company matchSafety and retention incentives!Paid time offAccess to employee discount through LifeMart!Ecowaste offers a competitive base salary, opportunity to earn incentive pay, and a comprehensive employee benefits package.
