Qualification Requirements
- Accredited Dental degree (DDS, DMD).
- We are looking for doctors with strong work ethic, an outgoing & personable chair-side manner, and the desire to continually learn and become better in Dentistry.
Compensation
- Salary: $200,000 to $350,000 /year.
- Up to $1,500 Daily Minimum Guarantee depending on experience.
- Production-based compensation with a potential to make up to $35,000 /month.
- Production is not adjusted for any insurance adjustments. Our doctors get compensated on full production.
- Malpractice insurance.
- Medical & prescription drugs benefits.
- Dental & vision insurance benefits.
- Life & disability insurance benefits.
- Immigration sponsorship (H1B, TN, Green Card).
