Materials Planner

Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler with 3+ years of production planning and scheduling experience. Responsible for creating and optimizing production schedules, managing inventory and material availability, maintaining SAP/MRP data, supporting new product launches, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of production planning/scheduling experience Strong SAP/ERP and MRP expertise Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills Project management and continuous improvement experience Knowledge of inventory management, capacity planning, BOMs, routings, and safety stock Experience with GMP, ISO/FDA regulations, or medical device manufacturing preferred APICS CPIM and Six Sigma certifications are a plus Core Responsibilities Develop and manage production schedules across multiple product lines Monitor inventory, material shortages, safety stock, and on-time delivery metrics Maintain SAP/MRP master data, BOMs, routings, and planning parameters Support new product introductions, transfers, and supply chain initiatives Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Quality, R&D, Logistics, and Customer Service teams Generate planning, backlog, shortage, and performance reports #J-18808-Ljbffr Indotronix Avani Group
