Who You Are

• Board-Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license
• Working knowledge of managed care, including quality metrics, HEDIS measures and risk adjustment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
• A physician who values diversity and enjoys the variety of cases that come with a community-based family practice.
• Genuine interest in long-term patient relationships and panel ownership.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment but never loses sight of the "human touch" in healthcare.
