Senior Software Engineer Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Software Development Team Lead to guide our engineering team, elevate our development practices, and help us scale INMYTEAM's platform with quality and velocity. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you will mentor developers, champion engineering best practices — including unit and integration testing — and partner with the CTO to shape the technical roadmap. You will work closely with a team building on .NET, ABP Framework, Microsoft Azure, and AI services, delivering features that touch caregivers, patients, agency administrators, and Medicare billing workflows every day. Role Summary Lead, mentor, and grow a team of .NET developers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Conduct code reviews and establish PR standards, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and security across all repositories Run daily standups and sprint planning, keeping the team focused and unblocked Partner directly with the CTO on prioritization, technical scoping, and delivery timelines Champion and implement a testing culture from the ground up — unit tests, integration tests, and automated regression coverage using xUnit and ABP's testing framework Define and enforce coding standards, branching strategies, and deployment workflows across GitHub repositories Own the CI/CD pipeline and deployment process across Azure App Services (staging and production slots) Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, technical debt, and performance issues in our .NET / ABP codebase AI-Assisted Development Drive adoption of AI developer tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) to improve team productivity and code quality Establish workflows for AI-assisted code generation, test writing, and PR review across the team Evaluate and recommend emerging tools that can accelerate development without compromising reliability Oversee development across INMYTEAM's dual product lines: Home Care (EVV, caregiver app, family app) and Home Health (OASIS assessments, Medicare billing, intake) Guide integration with Azure services including Azure Functions, Azure SQL Databases, and Azure AI Foundry Collaborate with the AI/product team on features like the AI OASIS Transcriber and OASIS Scrubber What We're Looking For Required 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role Deep expertise in .NET (C#), with hands‑on experience in .NET 6+ and familiarity with .NET Framework 4.x Experience with ABP Framework or similar enterprise .NET frameworks Strong understanding of software testing — xUnit, Moq, integration testing patterns, and test-driven development Experience with Microsoft Azure: App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and related services Proficiency with GitHub and Git‑based workflows (branching, PRs, CI/CD) Proven ability to mentor developers and lead by example with high‑quality code Strong communication skills — able to translate technical complexity into clear decisions for non‑technical stakeholders Preferred Experience in health tech, SaaS, or compliance‑heavy industries (HIPAA, CMS, EVV) Familiarity with AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude API, Azure AI Foundry) Exposure to mobile app development (caregiver‑facing apps) Experience with OASIS assessments, Medicare/Medicaid billing, or home health software Background in building or scaling testing infrastructure from zero #J-18808-Ljbffr INMYTEAM
