Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and assists in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.Essential Functions: Applicants must have experience with and an ability to read wire tables and wire routing, wire diagrams, blue prints, schematics, color codes, measurements, mathematics, and both power and manual cable building toolsExperience with and an ability to read wire tables and wire routing, wire diagrams, blue prints, schematics, color codes, measurements, mathematics, and both power and manual cable building tools.Able to use pinning and stripping tools, make all types of connections, identify breakout positions, sleeve types, and braid requirements.Able to solder to terminals, connectors, and braid.Be familiar with and capable of conducting continuity and resistance testing, (C&R).Works autonomously.
