How you'll make an impact in this role

• Execute specialized physical therapy interventions under an established plan of care to help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.
• Adapt therapeutic techniques and skills to meet the specific needs of diverse patient populations, ensuring treatments are both safe and effective.
• Document every step of the patient's recovery journey to provide an accurate, high-quality record of progress and clinical outcomes.
• Lead and mentor support personnel, including aides and students, to ensure the therapy environment remains organized and focused on patient success.

What minimum requirements you'll need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education:
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
