Distribution Processing Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Distribution Processing Specialist for an onsite contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: Up to $21.13 per hour, W2, based on qualifications.

Position Overview: This role is responsible for daily distribution processing, requiring strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. The ideal candidate will utilize various applications to manage client data, perform quality control, and ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support billing functions including: Processing control reports, running batch processes within the billing application and supporting revenue growth projects
• Handle client daily distribution processing by entering distribution dates and rates
• Set up new distribution CUSIPs (Funds) in a Microsoft Access Database
• Perform outbound calls to clients and/or their service providers to obtain distribution data
• Conduct quality control of distribution data for accuracy
• Utilize applications such as Microsoft Access, Lotus Notes, proprietary mainframe systems, and imaging software to complete daily tasks
• Participate in quality programs and initiatives to ensure high levels of customer service
• Support ongoing projects as requested by managers or co-workers
• Complete required documentation for productivity measurement
• Closely follow all regulatory and internal procedures
