As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $20.73 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and completing required reports. Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, patrol findings, and changing site conditions. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
