Resident Consultant, ILDOT

ProjectWise Resident ConsultantBentley Systems is seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join our successful Resident Consultant Services Team. As a Resident Consultant, you will serve as a Bentley ProjectWise solution subject matter expert and be embedded with the Illinois Department of Transportation for an extended period. In this pivotal role, you will provide ProjectWise coaching, training, support, and administration services related to Bentley ProjectWise solutions.The ideal candidate will have proven experience with the Bentley ProjectWise solution, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to user success. Having experience with transportation design and construction workflows, especially as they relate to ProjectWise, is considered an advantage. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a prominent transportation organization.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the administration, configuration, and optimization of the ILDOT ProjectWise environment.Deliver expert-level ProjectWise coaching and training to ILDOT staff.Provide ongoing technical support and guidance on ProjectWise.Foster strong user relationships through consistent partnership and collaboration.Position DetailsRemote, home-based position with full-time collaboration with ILDOT.Periodic travel is required to the ILDOT office in Springfield, IL (minimum four on-site visits annually).QualificationsAt least five years of ProjectWise administration experience.
