Aaron Freitag State Farm Customer Care Representative

Are you someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and genuinely likes helping people?

Aaron Freitag State Farm is looking for a Customer Care Representative who wants more than a typical customer service job.

We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, solve problems, take ownership of customer needs, and grow with our agency. Our Customer Care team plays an important role in making sure our customers feel taken care of while helping them understand and protect what matters most.

Our goal is simple: Be our customers’ best friend on their worst day while helping them plan for their future.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, professional service by phone, text, email, and in person
• Assist customers with billing, policy changes, coverage questions, claims-related needs, and general account servicing
• Review customer accounts and help identify potential coverage gaps or additional needs
• Help customers understand their insurance rather than simply processing requests
• Take ownership of customer problems and follow through until they are resolved
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete follow-up activities
• Work closely with our sales and financial services teams when additional customer needs are identified
• Help retain customers by creating an exceptional overall experience

Qualifications

Previous customer service, administrative, insurance, banking, hospitality, or other relationship-based experience is preferred.

Insurance experience is helpful but not required for the right person. Property & Casualty insurance licensing may be required based on the responsibilities of the position.
