The Division of General Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine (PHM) is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatrician or Pediatric Hospitalist to become part of our team. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about contributing to a medical education environment and are committed to quality improvement.

We encourage candidates with specific interests in medical education, research, quality enhancement, or patient safety to share their ideas on how these passions can be integrated into a hospitalist role.

Our organization is affiliated with a leading medical center, children's hospital, and school of medicine, all aimed at providing comprehensive care with a focus on clinical excellence. Serving as the primary tertiary referral center for Riverside and San Bernardino counties, we cater to a population nearing 4 million.

Recently, we inaugurated a new hospital and expanded our children's hospital to better serve our community's health needs. Additionally, we are significantly enhancing our research capabilities through a new collaborative research center and program endowments.

Our children's hospital features 364 beds, including a 25-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), a 60-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a 14-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU, and various pediatric inpatient units. We are recognized as the largest tertiary care referral center in the Inland Empire, covering Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Mono Counties.

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $227,000 to $252,793, with adjustments based on experience and faculty rank. Detailed compensation discussions will occur during the recruitment process.
